Solution treatment of stainless steel tubes

(1) After solution treatment, it is heated to (760±15) ℃, and the content of carbon and alloyed elements in the austenitic 904L stainless steel tube is reduced due to the precipitation of Cr23C6 carbide from the austenitic 904L stainless steel tube for 90min, so that the Ms point is raised to 70℃ and then cooled to room temperature to obtain martensite + αferrite + residual austenitic structure. The residual austenite was decomposed by aging at 510℃.

(2) after high temperature adjustment and cryogenic treatment, the solution was first heated to 950℃ and held for 90min. Due to the increase of Ms point, a small amount of martensite could be obtained after cooling to room temperature. After that, a certain amount of martensite can be obtained by -70℃ cold treatment and holding for 8h.

(3) After the solution treatment by cold deformation method, the martensite formed by 904L seamless tube is cold deformed at room temperature. The amount of martensite formed by 904L seamless tube during cold deformation is related to the deformation amount and the composition of 904L stainless steel tube.
